Greenleigh at Crossroads, a 200-acre tract of White Marsh’s Crossroads development, will officially break ground May 17, with new residences, an office building and a Marriott SpringHill Suites on the way. St. John Properties SVP On The ‘Maple Lawn of Baltimore County’ Bisnow recently spoke to St. John Properties SVP of leasing Richard Williamson to get an update on the $100M Greenleigh at Baltimore Crossroads, located near Interstates 95 and 43. Incorporating a pedestrian-friendly town center, green spaces, and a mix of residential, retail and office buildings, it’s often described as Baltimore County’s version of the tony Howard County mixed-use development Maple Lawn. The massive project will also include 1,000 townhomes and single-family houses, 500 condos and apartment units, and 116k SF of retail.
